This position is a growth oriented role that also requires client consulting activities. • Responsible for creating customer centric software solutions with an emphasis on creation, creativity and innovation. Ensure specifications meet all federal requirements. • Partner with Company leaders to develop innovative solutions based on the outcomes of process redesign and integrating best practices to meet customer needs while also respecting the traditions and cultures of the Company. Act as a liaison and consultant to the Company Team. Partner with vendor groups that support software design activities. • Specific responsibilities include: Developing process flows, writing business requirements, developing system specifications, screen specifications, conducting system testing, troubleshooting problems and working closely with clients to validate systems designs including client software training. The software will be a highly integrated solution to support housing process as well as all financial activity (AP, AR, GL, Inventory, and Fixed Assets). *Qualifications:* • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, technology or related field. • 7-10 Years in Business Process Analysis or relevant experience; preferably in consulting. • System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as SCRUM and Agile development methodologies. • Process mapping skills and ability to translate information using a systematic, pre-defined methodology. • Business acumen to define business requirements that satisfy a broad range of clients. • Demonstrated ability to map and document a desired “future” state.
