· 6+ years of overall Application development and Integration
experience using IBM WebSphere Process Server includes version 7.0 and IBM
BPM 7.5 or above

· Experienced in Integration solution design and development using
WebSphere Integration Developer (WID) and IBM Integration Designer (IID)

· Proficient in implementing orchestrations using BPEL business
processes

· Must have Experience with Process Modules, SCA modules and
various bindings, Mediation module, libraries, message handing, error
handling, Human Tasks, BO, SDO, Business Rules

· Experienced in integration with various JCA and WebSphere Adapters

· Sound Knowledge in SOA and BPMN concepts

· Experience in Web Services/JMS/SOAP protocols and can comprehend
the challenges of a production rollout

· Sound knowledge on XML, XSLT Transformations, Schemas and
Namespaces

· Experienced in designing and developing Mediation Modules

· Can plan, configure WESB/WAS ND environments and take system
design decisions when implementing solutions over WESB

· Hands on experience implementing event handling, fault handling,
compensation or correlation.

· Should have strong debugging and problem solving skills to
resolve BPM related issues in WPS

· Should be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process
modeling, process monitoring, business rules and business events

· Demonstrable experience in the areas of process discovery and
optimization, requirements management and design (that focused on BPM and
SOA)

· Good knowledge of IBM BPM Advanced capabilities

· Capable of tuning the application for better performance and
scalability

· Can design WESB security and undertake performance tuning
