Job Description:*Job Title:          Quality Assurance Analyst(Closable
position)*
*Location:          Richardson, TX/ St.louis, MO*
*Duration:          12 + Months*
*Rate:                 $40/Hr*

*Responsibilities:*
1.       Understand and analyze Business and Technical requirements. (15%
of Total Time)
·         Understand the domain and the business process flow of the
requirements & solution proposed
·         Time-bound study of very Large, Complex and Existing Legacy
Systems
·         Understand the Integration between various OSS (Operational
support systems) / BSS (Business support systems)

2.       Feasibility Analysis and Estimation  ( 10% of Total Time)

·         Carry out feasibility analysis based on customer requirements.
Apply project feasibility guidelines to perform the necessary impact
assessments.
·         Participate and arrange meetings/consultations with AT&T to
provide testing estimates
·         Determine the resource requirements to perform a specific job
(estimation).

*3.       *Prepare Test Plans & Scenarios and Test Specifications ( 15% of
Total Time)

·         Test design architecture, High level test scenario creation.
·         Writing Test Cases.
·         Maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrix.
·         Test data planning; raising of and tracking data requests.
·         Test Environment Configuration Planning.

*4.       *Organize reviews, review test cases & other technical documents
(15% of Total Time)

·         Organize reviews of test cases and technical documents with
development, customer and interfacing application teams.
·         Liaise with these teams to obtain sign off/approval.

5.       Issues and Queries Resolution with customer, developers & other
stakeholders (20% of Total Time)

·         Collate the issues and queries particularly from offshore teams.
Coordinate this activity with offshore team.
·         Arrange discussions with customer, development and other
stakeholders to resolve the queries.
·         Ensure the timely resolution of all issues for on time delivery.

*6.       *Test Execution and Defect Management (10% of Total Time)

·         Preparing Test Reports and Test Results Summary.
·         Follow the Test Schedules, publish daily status reports and make
changes to the plan, if necessary.
·         Timely resolution of defects by interfacing with various project
stakeholders like end customers, MyATT development team, development teams
of interfacing applications and infrastructure support team.

*7.       *Coordination with offshore team (10% of Total Time)
·         Actively involve in transitioning to offshore the daily work
status along with solutions / updates on the raised queries and issues.
·         Participate in the warm handing over calls with the offshore team.

*8.       *Production Testing support (5% of Total Time)
·         Provide warranty support after production deployment of a release.
