An IT Senior Auditor is responsible for providing leadership, coaching and promoting teamwork to fellow team members and the individuals being supervised. An IT Senior Auditor must develop positive and collaborative business partnerships with Webster management and executives. Additionally, an IT Senior Auditor is responsible for assisting the manager in preparing reports for management and the board, which identifies risk and strategies to control or minimize risk. Job Requirements: *Skills* · An individual in this position must: · Have 4 to 6 years of IT audit experience, including some supervisory experience and knowledge of banking and bank operations. · Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills · Sound project management and time management skills · Knowledge of Oracle, SQL.
