Good understanding of Web services using SOAP/HTTP/HTTPS/JMS.

Good understanding and experience on XML,XSD, XPATH and WSDL

Experience in configuring TIBCO BW engine model parameters for performance
tuning

Experience in deploying and monitoring of applications in TIBCO Admin UI

Experience in leading small to medium scale projects
