[MCN-L] Website Privacy Policy: include security camera disclaimers?

2007-08-24 Thread Christina DePaolo
Hi,
I would like to know if any of your museum website privacy policy
statements include text about security camera use. Do you let your
visitors know that you have security cameras in your galleries?

If you do, or you have discussed the issue at some point, please let me
know.

Thank you!

Christina,

Our website privacy policy refers only to online privacy issues. I think a
security camera warning makes more sense on a visitor information page,
along with policies, perhaps (eg you can't use a flash on your camera; ours
can see you even in the dark).
