Hi all,

IIIF implementers at Harvard are eager to reach out to local New England
cultural institutions who are interested in IIIF, and we're planning a
IIIF-focused meetup this September at Harvard. Our idea is to have an
opportunity for us to connect with IIIFers at regional institutions, to share
interests, and to look for areas of potential collaboration. We're also
interested in gauging interest in a broader New England IIIF outreach event
next spring.

The meetup will be Friday, Sept .29 from 9AM-1:00PM at Harvard.

We are thinking of a ½ day meetup with an agenda of:

1. Welcome and introductions
2. Overview of the state of the IIIF universe (We'll present a recent
general IIIF presentation)
3. Reports of IIIF activity or interest from each attending institution
4. Determine areas of mutual interest
5. Discuss proposed larger New England IIIF event the week of March 12,
2018.
6. If time permits, break up into a mini-unconference on specific areas of
mutual interest.

To help with logistics, please RSVP if this is something you would plan to
attend.
