Hi colleagues,

The National Gallery of Art is seeking a Project Associate in the Department of
Education Publications within the Division of Education.

The primary purpose of the position is to write and manage interpretive content
and to contribute design and digital platform expertise for key parts of the
Education Division's section of the website (including NGA Classroom and
Learning Resources pages); various digital application projects; online
features and tours; and other projects related to the Gallery's permanent
collection. The incumbent will serve as a content and platform specialist who
works collaboratively on digital outreach. The ideal candidate will have
knowledge of art history and/or museum education, skill in developing
educational materials for a variety of platforms and audiences, and the ability
to research, synthesize, and communicate information effectively. We would also
like to find someone who will contribute to the Education Division's
collaborative environment.

The position will be posted for up to two weeks, but the announcement will
close automatically once 150 applications have been submitted. We anticipate
that will happen within 24-48 hours.
