Hallo, Sejalan dengan adanya fitur MD BIS yg memungkinkan kita memilih message di folder mana yg akan di push ke BlackBerry Wireless Devices, berikut ini tips untuk menggunakan IMAP filter. http://mdaemon.dutaint.co.id/11.0/index.html?ae_filters.htm sekalipun default template untuk IMAP filters hanya terdapat header TO/CC/Subject/Message Size akan tetapi kita bisa customize dengan memasukkan header sendiri agar filternya lebih akurat. Dear P. Syafril, Akhir-akhir ini email server kami sering accept SMTP email yang sama dari user yang sama berulang kali. Kalau diperhatikan, dari outbox user sering belum masuk ke sent item mereka, padahal diserver statusnya sudah accepted dan diproses. sehingga untuk menstopnya, harus minta user remove email tersebut dari outbox mereka. Kira-kira masalahnya dimana ya ? saya curiganya ada diserver, berhubung terjadinya tidak hanya satu user saja. Kalau satu user biasanya problem di mailbox size email client, tp kalau banyak yg mengalami kemungkinan di Antivirus yg digunakan client (apakah ada update new engine atau service pack baru-2x ini?) atau di firewall (kalau MDaemon diletakkan di DMZ). Dicoba saja satu persatu, mulai dari disable real time scanning for mail di AV desktop client s/d disable tcp filtering di firewall. Client antivirus mungkin harus dicheck dan di coba dulu baru pasti, memang ada kemungkinan. Kemungkinan problem dari server kecil pak ? Kalau lihat dari smtp-in log sih normal. Coba cocokkan dg log dari email client (aktifkan diagnostic mode) atau log antivirus di desktop client. Akan kita coba. Itu typical problem socket layer antivirus yg melakukan scanning tcp port menggunakan teknik heuristic. Antivirus untuk mail yg smart akan tahu diri jika timer sudah melewati batas waktu tertentu atau message size melewati ambang batas tertentu dia akan bypass dan scanning dilakukan nanti saat store file ke local disk (atau setelah masuk ke queue di mailserver).
