Saat merubah itu login ke Windows dengan user Administrator (local)?
Windows bukan member dari AD domain?
Hanya ada 1 user saja di Windows, y.i Administrator (local)?

Semua terjadi time out saat retrieve mail?
Kalau reboot server sudah dicoba juga?

Apakah ada antivirus realtime scanning yang aktif?
Kalau ya, non aktifkan dulu lalu reboot server.
