Mail yang kemarin delay sudah terkirim dengan sukses.

Sebaiknya aktifkan DSN success delivery agar original sender tidak 
bertanya-tanya.

Ini transaksinya belum selesai.

Problem utama di outlook jika pakai koneksi broadband adalah lambat sehingga
perlu menonaktifkan Antivirus Realtime scanning di PCnya.

[MDaemon-L] User dari Site Office susah kirim email dan selalu pending

Dear Pak Syafril,

 

Selamat sore, Saya ada masalah di Mdaemon.

Saya lihat di bagian Session - SMTP (in), ada banyak user-user dari site
office yang muncul disitu (hanya user-user dari Site Office saja).

Saya rasa itu adalah sumber permasalahan mereka susah mengirim email dan
selalu terpending di Outbox (Microsoft Outlook).

Saya tadi coba klik salah satu Sessionnya dan muncul seperti yang saya
attach.

Seharusnya mereka terkoneksi ke Server, hanya kenapa susah kirim ya?

Mohon bantuannya apakah ada settingan yang harus saya lakukan.

Kemarin saya sudah minta bantuan team support dan sudah saya lakukan check
di bagian Dynamic Screen dan hasilnya masih nihil.
