Yang memutus koneksi adalah client.
Umumnya terjadi karena antivirus realtime scanning di PC client yang 
melakukan filter saat pemakaian sumber daya (CPU, RAM, disk read/write) 
sedang tinggi (dipakai aplikasi lain.


Non aktifkan realtime scanning for mail di PC/Laptop/Tablet client akan 
mengatasi hal ini.
