Sudah cocok.
DNS query failed = gagal resolve domain persada.id.

Coba diperbaiki DNS SPF recordnya agar serial number DNS jadi terupdate.

Iya pak, walaupun domain sendernya beda tapi dari yang hosting di 
office365 juga.



Kalau dari info yang cuma sepotong itu, mengindikasikan sender server 
tidak bisa resolve recipient domain (persada.id) yang membuat mail 
tidak jadi dikirim.
Jadi memang tidak akan ada transaksi yang tercatat di smtp-in log 
server mail.persada.id.

Ini agak aneh, karena sebenarnya DNS domain persada.id baik-baik saja.
Mungkin koneksi internetnya agak pelan kalau dikirim dari luar 
Indonesia, tetapi mestinya tetap connected (dan resolvable).

Periksa ke dynamic block list apakah ada isian IP 209.41.68.118 atau 
108.166.161.240; jika ada maka dihapus saja.
