Sementara menunggu, minta ke ISP (scbd.net.id) untuk ganti nama PTR host 
202.72.214.163 dari smtp.kisi-am.co.id menjadi mail.kisi-am.co.id agar 
sesuai dengan smtp FQDN di MDaemon domain manager.

Tetapi user Anda sebenarnya melakukan reply, jadi yang mengisi subject
itu mungkin sender.
Jadi kemungkinan spam score yang tinggi lebih banyak kontribusinya dari
content (isi text).

Ya salah satunya itu.

Receiver tidak menginformasikan bagian mana dari message terindikasi
spam, akan tetapi spam filter itu melakukan filter terhadap envelope
header dan content (body text).
Isian subject yang pakai huruf kapital semua (ALL CAPS) akan mendapatkan
spam score postive (terindikasi spam).

Selamat sore Pak Syafril ,

Hari ini ada laporan dari user mengenai kejadian beberapa waktu yang 
lalu tepatnya 11 Desember 2014 , dimana ketika saya periksa pada log 
smtp-in pesan tersebut tidak berhasil terkirim , namun Microsoft Outlook 
menganggap email tersebut berhasil terkirim dan masuk ke folder sent item.


Yang ingin saya tanyakan disini adalah mengapa Microsoft Outlook 
menganggap email yang dikirimkan oleh user berhasil terkirim sehingga 
masuk ke dalam folder sent item.

berlebihan (paranoid mode).

Anda punya problem DNS.

cari apakah ada line yg isinya smtp.telkom.net, jika ada hapus isinya.

203.130.196.5 sbg primary dan 222.124.204.34 sbg secondary

Destination host pakai smtp firewall yg umumnya memang susah dikirimi 
mail khususnya jika ada gangguan kualitas koneksi.


Coba khusus domain asuransi.adira.co.id relay lewat smtp.cbn.net.id.
