Tidak ada.
Itu murni kesalahan microsoft hosting service, saat menambah outbound
mail server lupa update ke DNS.
Mestinya sih ada yang monitor dan mengupdate SPF record di DNS.

3 tahunan yl google juga punya masalah yang mirip, saat internet user
boyongan dari free mail yahoo ke gmail mereka menambah ratusan server/IP
baru tetapi lupa mendaftar ke DNS untuk PTR record sehingga banyak bouncing.
Akhirnya 1-2 hari berikutnya PTR record dibuat oleh mereka sehingga saya
bisa hapus dari daftar

 masalah DNS kembali ya pak?

Ya, tetapi masalahnya bukan ditempat Anda melainkan di Authoritative DNS
zone IP 78.112.in-addr.arpa di ISP (pemilik IP address class, biznet).

Dari 4 authoritative DNS hanya 1 yang response, yang lain menolak.
Sejak Biznet melakukan blocking public DNS memang DNS server mereka
sering overload.

Coba naikkan idle time out DNS lookup query di MDaemon Anda agar bisa
menunggu response lebih lama dari DNS resolver.

Masalahnya ada di mail hosternya yang baru pindah server dan nama server
baru belum didaftar di DNS.

Jangan-2x setting DNS nya merujuk ke setting tcp/ip OS, coba periksa

karena IP 202.146.0.60 itu terdaftar disitu sehingga mestinya bypass PTR
check dan format yang ada di file itu tidak compatible dengan versi
