Oh terkena rate limit di firewall/routernya receiver.
Ditunggu saja retry to sendnya saat receiver sudah siap terima mail lagi.

Atau aktifkan fallback relay ke smarthost milik ISP.

Ini kenapa melakukan lookup ke  record yang merupakan IPv6.
Apakah di NIC tcp/ip IPv6 masih aktif?

Harusnya hanya lookup A record (IPv4) saja, walau memang gagal, karena 
domain agas.co.il expired, sedang masa redemption.

Ini kenapa resolvenya ke DNS milik telkom.net?

Kalau pakai koneksi biz.net.id maka tidak akan bisa pakai koneksi DNS 
server lain kecuali DNS server milik biz.net.id, demikian pula 
sebaliknya saat pakai koneksi telkom.net tidak akan bisa pakai DNS 
resolver milik biz.net.id.

Perlihatkan log transaksinya secara lengkap, jangan dipotong-potong.

Tapi kalau saya cek dnslookup di https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx

Pada saat mail masuk ke retry queue akan ada message notification dari MDaemon 
ke original sender berupa DSN of delay.
Disitu diinformasikan alasan mail delay.

Dalam hal ini memang postmaster tidak terima salinan DSN of delay tersebut 
sehingga perlu periksa ke smtp-out log.

Mau nanya pak tentang email yang banyak tertahan diantrian (retry queue),
dan ukuran size apakah berpengaruh, dimana setelah saya kroscek dikomputer user 
ternyata email tsb tidak ada attachment melebih size yang ditentukan, akan 
teteapi email lanjutan reply all by customer terhitung dari bulan april (kita 
ambil satu contoh gambar terlampir),
dan apakah ini berpengaruh dengan kendala banyaknya email yang tertahan,

Yang umur delivery nya sudah melebihi masa di remote queue, bawaan
instalasi adalah 60 menit.

sepertinya ditumpangi accoount lain. bukan dari account mail perusahaan
kami (terlampir).

beberapa hari ini saya sering lihat di retry queue, banyak account aol.com

Saya mendapatkan complain dari salah satu pengguna email kami, yang tidak dapat 
mengirimkan emailnya ke @hso.astra.co.id
Dan ternyata saya mendapatkan emailnya tersangkut pada retry queue

kalau hasil ok, mungkin authorized DNS server domain hso.astra.co.id
yang sedang bermasalah atau sibuk sehingga tadi tidak meresponse dengan
cepat/benar karena domain ini memang beda dengan ketentuan RFC yang
mewajibkan minimal ada 2 DNS server sementara dia hanya punya 1.

email ini ditujukan utk banyak org tapi kalo liat dari smtp-out log

Alamat itu tidak valid, jadi bounce.
Tetapi karena Anda masih pakai MDaemon versi kuno, maka masuk ke retry
queue kalau sudah pakai versi terakhir akan immediately generate DSN
(hemat resources).

Saya mau tanya di menu screen queue - Retrt Queue ada beberapa email yang
sejak kemarin masih ada di sini bahkan hari ini nambah. Kira-kira disebabkan
oleh apa ya Pak?.

Cari transaksinya di smtp-out log, atau force/process retry queue
(Alt-L) lalu lihat ke log.
