Hi all, A long time back I made a proposal for some best practises for team work in MeeGo that are properly open and encourages collaboration and contribution from everyone.
Now that we are ramping up our DE efforts I would like to recommend everyone, especially team leads to read this through to get inspiration on how to shape their daily work. We have used these principles succesfully in the N900 hardware adaptation teams and allowed us to work together across many different physical locations and gather community interest.
