And gave a lumen spec of around 100x Watts, which would be in line for a 
reasonably efficient LED system. It's entirely possible for a car to have 150+W 
of filament bulbs running, not counting stop lamps or turn signals, but if you 
throw in another 240W on top of that, let's hope your alternator is the modern 
sort capable of putting out 100A or more, for the 
lamps+powertrain+HVAC+entertainment is going to overwhelm a 60A alternator.

For the 240 W version in your previous email, they listed the lumens
as 24000 (which is probably raw lumens, not the amount which comes out
the front).

This one doesn't even mention the lumens.

I've got one of those on the back of the ASV. It throws a helluva lot of light. 
On the front I've got 4 of the smaller 6 LED units which are nice because they 
can be individually aimed allowing a wide path of light.

A dab of mighty "J B Weld" on the face of the nut, put it in place, run the
bolt in from the other side to secure the nut while J B Weld is curing
Nut stays in place while installing cooler from awkward position.

Lightly oil bolt threads so JB Weld does not set on threads.
