Mix your burger meat with everything you put in your burgers... in a mixing
bowl, ie onion, garlic, spices, etc etc...
Lay out a plastic baking mat on the counter, dump the burger mix on the mat
and nead / roll it out to the thickness you want. Then, use a biscuit
cutter [they make them in large sizes], dip the biscuit cutter in Extra
Virgin Olive Oil, shake off the excess oil, then cut burgers, The oil will
work as a release agent for the cutter and after a couple tries, you can
cut and stack burgers on the plate ready for the grill.. or pan.. etc..

 That's hilarious.

Our new set came with a 40# band which I'll definitely treat with respect.
Actually I'll treat them all with respect, Monday we were doing barbell lifts
with the 18# band but it was doubled so 36# plus it was under my feet,
definitely some energy in that band.
The made in USA bands are rated for 4x stretch which is amazing. The cheap
Chinese ones are more like 2x...

2020-06-17 Thread Curt Raymond via Mercedes
I started going to the gym with Angie at the beginning of this year and we've
kept it up (mostly) even with the gym closed. This week I got new workout bands,
"Made in USA" from FitCord. They were 5x as expensive as the Chinese made bands
on Amazon and arrived in 1/4 the time.

I had ordered the Chinese bands 2 months ago, I gave up on them ever arriving
and ordered the Fit Cords which took 2 weeks. The Chinese bands arrived 2 days
later...
The American made bands are 10x better, they have more resistance and are
covered so if the band breaks it won't snap you. We had some cheap bands before
that broke and snapped me, left a mark too.
