1975 was the “turd” year for the W107/450SL. Many have been consumed by fire 
due to the excessive under hood temperatures created by the after the fact CATs 
that were slapped on the exhausts. This, coupled with deteriorating fuel lines, 
and lots of them, create a perfect storm for a conflagrations.

Interesting, it did look very well done, the stitching was spot-on so I 
was thinking factory job.  Some SLs of the 90s came with some weird 
Designo interiors but I have not seen any 210s like that.
