Stopped by my buddy Todd’s shop on the way home and he scanned the 07E350 crank no start. No cam faults and nothing else really but it looks like the ECU software got corrupted or something to where it’s not sending fire out. Unclear why that happened but there it is. He loaned me his DAS tablet and in the morning we’ll connect it to the car and the Wi-Fi’s to try to reflash the code in it and see if that gets some sparkies to the sparkalators. I’m hoping that’s the issue and an easy fix. Gonna put an instrument cluster in the CL600 I got out of the parts CL and he’ll dial in there too to get the miles in it happy with the ECU and other nannies so I can drive it and know what’s going on with it. I left the “new” 722.9 conductor plate with him and he’s going to flash it with the car’s identity so that will work in the ML63. Left him some CP and ISM connectors too do he can build some cables to make the programming easier.
