I don’t know if that year has a 722.6 or 722.9. I don’t think a 722.6 throws a CEL but a 722.9 will when it goes into limp mode so maybe that’s the light. True, to some extent.

This is a Blue Bird, which gives it a bump in cred with other conversions. If 
you’re not aware, BlueBird had a very nice side business making custom 
motorhomes, or ‘Wanderlodges” as they were called. Yes, the shape was 
distinctive, but the amenities and technology for the time were very 
high-grade, and hand-built. Kohler sold them a lot of generators, mostly 
Perkins-powered 12.5kW diesels that had offset (remote) radiators with the 
whole unit mounted on a hydraulically-operated slide-out tray. Very nice, and 
well-engineered.

The next step up was a bus conversion, like an MCI.
