Take the gas cap off, pry the seal out of the groove, flip it over, and put it back in. I haven’t driven the wagon enough to determine if my P0400 CEL was resolved by the discovery of a cracked vacuum line yet. I would try and get a worst case scenario, maybe from the dealership before proceeding. In my experience this is almost always something emissions related. Oxygen sensor, etc. Could also be any other abnormal sensor reading such as fuel pressure. I don't know what the "worst" thing it could be.
