A Sun Valley rebuild is only $1750 exchange. That’s not bad. Get the car for 
$1500, drop about $2500-$3000 for the transmission and R and you’ve got a 
560SEL for under $5k.

Overheats and no acceleration. Lea. seats ok cond, electronics ok gd tires. A 
few dings, nothing bad. Radiator is done  timing belt is about to go. Brakes, 
trans  all other parts are in good cond. $500/bo (Medfield) (cell)
