I had nothing but positive experiences with the MB Classic Center too! A few years ago I needed a small rubber grommet for the radiator on my 1983 300D. They not only took the time to locate it and email me pictures to verify the part was correct, they sent it FedEx (no charge). When I ordered am uprated rear sway bar for the W123, Tom actually got excited, wanted to know what it was for etc... Snobbish? Hardly.
