Thoughtprovoking.  I can't imagine what a brand new Saab 92 with retro
styling could possibly look like.  Would they just take the original and
round off the edges?  What shape of engine would fit under that tiny hood
except a V4?

The BMW 1-series is supposed to be the reincarnation of the 2002.  Too bad
it is as big as an '80s 3-series and a gazillion pounds heavier.

A retro Alfa sports sedan would have to be RWD.  Maybe FiatChrysler could
use the shortened 300/Charger platform that was supposed to go under a new
Dodge Avenger at one point?

The Australian-import El Camino is a no-brainer, which means Gummint Motors
will never do it.
