I guess painting your nails is legal too? I was wondering since I saw a lady

Yep, I think every newspaper reader I've ever seen was male. However, the time 
I 
was driving at least 70 in a 55 zone and got passed by a driver going at least 
10mph faster with mascara brush held up near the eyes, that was a female.
