[MBZ] Henburgers, etc. on the road
If Hen likes burgers, and is road tripping, I have recently discovered (courtesy of Max) that Hardees burgers are not half bad as far as chain burgers go. For the drive-in experience, Sonics are OK. If in the south, Whataburger is very good. I have heard it reported that In-n-Out Burgers in CA are decent but have never had one. Hey, try an Outback Steak House and let us know what you think! You might get a free meal if you talk right! You should look in a book store for Road Food, or look at this web site http://www.roadfood.com/ (which features a ChiTown popcorn shop on the front page) for lots of recommendations. --R ___ http://www.okiebenz.com For new and used parts go to www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com

In and Out is a west coast chain not to be missed. Simple menu but theres lots of other stuff you can get if you know the secret words, cheese on the fries for instance. Its an interesting company (wholely owned, no franchise) thats worth reading about. -Curt Date: Sat, 05 Jun 2010 11:42:54 -0400 From: Rich Thomas richthomas79td...@constructivity.net To: Mercedes Discussion List mercedes@okiebenz.com Subject: [MBZ] Henburgers, etc. on the road Message-ID: 4c0a707e.70...@constructivity.net Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed If Hen likes burgers, and is road tripping, I have recently discovered (courtesy of Max) that Hardees burgers are not half bad as far as chain burgers go. Re: [MBZ] Henburgers, etc. on the road
Hey i am not saying it's all bad, the burger at Fuddruckers was alright (BTW our prime minister is called kevin Rudd, I'll let you do the moving of the letters) but I am hoping that as I get off the beaten track the standard of food will improve, one of the best burgers i ever had was in a little road house just outside Litchfield park up near Darwin and it was miles (ohh my God i am starting to talk like an Americaaan) from anywhere, i ordered two because I was a little hungry and when it came out it had skewers through the middle of them to keep it all in place, I struggled to eat them. Hendrik who hates to waste food, perhaps I went through the depression in a previous life On Sat Jun 5 11:42 , Rich Thomas richthomas79td...@constructivity.net sent: If Hen likes burgers, and is road tripping, I have recently discovered (courtesy of Max) that Hardees burgers are not half bad as far as chain burgers go.
