Sorry, I wasn't suggesting it was a convertible top, if that's the way I came 
across. I just commented about the top because it was butt ugly. The "frame" it 
seems to have makes it look even worse.

like a vinyl top, only with convertible top material that has simulated top
bows .. Rear window treatment of some kind to alter the visual shape of the
rear window, exterior and interior, thus giving it street cred as a
convertible sedan...
I'll bet a 1/5 of single malt it's not a convertible, but made to make you
think it is, so it will be "more class"...
