I created a Free account last year and used it once in a while. Was trying to access it yesterday and was not allowed to enter. It said my UserName as not available for renewal. https://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/ They * do* offer daily, weekly and yearly rates for access (yearly is $3k) but the free access seems to be gone Has anyone else noticed this? Are you sure it was StarTek instead of the EPC version of StarTek? http://epc.startekinfo.com/epc/ That is the only free version I know of. They still ask for your credit card, but they don't charge it. John is correct, in that the EPC is still free - my subscription last year expired, nad I was able to renew it this year at no cost.
