Oh and I put a brake controller on my truck, it is some kind of accelerometer deal I guess, it was kind of a pain to wire up, wires to the battery then to the controller and back to the big plug. I guess the same thing would work on the ML, it’s nothing special. My suburban has the trailer package with a connector to plug into the controller, you can move the controller between vehicles and just plug it in.
