Actually, my motorcycle budget is a bit less than the asking price for the car. ... I will be looking for something ugly and unpopular that the dealer is happy to get out of the storage area (i.e., older non-Harley bagger) and clear floor space. Looks very nice Donald. I plan to be looking for something similar late Fall, or early next Spring. I've kind of give up on the diesel idea, as most I've seen here have been driven into the ground. I want to live with the 300E for the summer and see what it's like to run daily. The plan is, if this experiment works out, I'll get another one (W124) sedan or wagon, or look for either a 300, or 420 W126. I have the dealer who sold me this one keeping his eye open for me. At this point, when dealing with older cars, and all the salt they use in the winter here, condition will win out over model for me. Good luck with the sale Donald, looks like a car that will make someone very happy.
