Have you blocked your EGR valve?  Not just plugging the vacuum line,  but
actually putting a thin plate over the hole.  Sometimes the egr   will 
leak

through and lean out one cylinder, more than the others.

I put a copper plate in behind the EGR valve gasket at the intake manifold 
and just now got back from town (28 miles).  It still idles rough after 
warming up; no change.


Jim Cathey suggested that there might be air leaking into the fuel system 
but I'm not sure how to check for that.  It definitely idles like one 
cylinder is weaker than the others.

Minor air leak into the fuel system as it warms up?
