I use Mobile 1 15W50 for summer use, 5W50 most of the time for winter, I have been doing about four oil changes a year lately with the milage I'm accumulating. 6000 mile intervals work fine with a filter each change so far -- car runs like a top at 234,000 miles and starts instantly, doesn't use more than a quart in 6000 miles.
