Maybe ignition is the key/lock is bunged up? The key got to position two before the ignition broke. Tow truck driver tried to use a screwdriver after that. The driveway was about half a block long and not big enough for a tow truck so the goal was to drive it to the street Position two is as far as it would go and it wouldn’t turn back to position one either Yes that’s where it decided to permanently stay. Key had popped out with zero issue I have a new cylinder with 2 keys I ordered for it a couple months ago So I found a utuber of a guy doing the job and told this guy to give it a try, he says he is not mechanical at all but it is really a fairly simple job so I encouraged him to have a go at it. He couldn't get anyone to deal with it but would like to drive the car. i encouraged him so he is going to give it a try this weekend. In that case, swap out the column from your TD, using a new cylinder / new lock parts from Classic Center.
