I did a web search on yelp and Internet mafia. Wow. There is so much written on these thugs. They harass small business owners with phone calls to pay for advertising and promise to remove negative reviews. If the business owner declines, then positive reviews start disappearing. Very scary company. I just don't understand how our legal system allows this. Why are they still in business? Not a whole lot different that the companies that use DMCA takedowns to try and remove negative reviews.
