They're just scared after what happened north of them. But what they don't know is, trucks running BioD may have problems with fuel filters during the summer too! The general public is largely VERY unedumicated about BioD and how it will clean out the Dino crap left in your tank and fuel lines. Oh well, let them be ignorant.
