Re: [MBZ] very OT - i/o problem on a SD mini
I did that first. Using the adaptor the computer won't read it, but it never will read a mini with the adaptor. Using it in another handheld that uses an SD does not show anything either. Much to my surprise I got the key for the site to download the dozens of items I thought were lost, so it is something of an academic question at the moment. The main thing would be to have the 6 Gb card available. I am now doing a full backup of the card and internal memory. Re: [MBZ] very OT - i/o problem on a SD mini
Those things apparently wear out, somehow. The little memory switches or whatever is their solid state neurons quit firing, and at some point the whole thing becomes brain dead. I read that somewhere, has to do with read/write cycles or something. I find that weird, but there you go. --R Bill R wrote: I did that first.
