lucas transmission fix. imagine a transmission fluid that is as thick as gear oil. i'll use in small quantities on a leaky transmission and in large quantities on hosed transmissions. i had one tranny that was pronounced dead by 2 mercedes guys, only to have it working (not to original standards, but it will shift adequately) when filled with lucas. it's available via mail order and also at one of the big auto parts stores (either advance or advantage -- i always confuse the two) At 09:51 AM 6/18/2005, you wrote: What is lucas? I also have heard terrible things about Adsit for 15 years, yet not only do they remain in business but they seem to be thriving. Re: [MBZ] Adsit Company?
Adsit has the reputation of making almost every former customer wish they had never had any dealings with them - at least that the response from EVERYONE I know that has had anything except the simplest request. Their customer service is said to be obnoxious and unaccommodating.
