I go to a local place in an industrial park. They have two bays in a warehouse, floor jacks, wrenches, and mounting and balancing machines. They only do tires. Their work order system is post-it notes. Super friendly, no BS, good prices. Got snows for the Volvo XC90 last fall, and just changed them for a touring tire last week. They are a lot quieter than the Kuhmo tires that came with that car when I bought it. Costco? Tires Plus? Both of these are in my area and sell a range of brands.
