Monoblocks are the style of wheel.  Staggered has wider wheels in the 
rear than the front, maybe 8.5" front 9.5" rear and commensurately wider 
rear tires such as  F 245/45 ZR18 96Y. R 275/40 ZR18 99Y on my CLs 
(essentially same chassis so probably same wheels). It makes a huge 
difference in handling

For a Repo vehicle, it is surprisingly clean. Most repo's I've looked at
were pig pins and reflected lack of any care.
Might be worth a look. Could be it got repo'ed because some mechanical or
nanny issue cost too much to keep making payments. ie, honey, do we fix it,
or just let it go, we don't have enough money to fix it and keep making
payments. [speculation].

The Frankenheap has, if you squint at it just right, essentially the same 
engine.
It had sat for 10 years, and started immediately once a good battery was put on 
it.
No cooling or charging system, but ready to run.

I wouldn't be scared of that car.
