I checked the data card, it's very well optioned. If everything checks out on the PPI, I say go for it! 345 - RAIN SENSOR (For windshield wiper) 404 - MULTI-CONTOUR SEAT, FRONT LEFT 405 - MULTI-CONTOUR SEAT, FRONT RIGHT 472 - ELECTRONIC STABILITY PROGRAM (ESP) 600 - HEADLAMPS - CLEANING EQUIPMENT (Headlight Washers) 612 - HEADLAMPS XENON 873 - SEAT HEATER FOR LEFT AND RIGHT FRONT SEATS On 1/6/2013 10:42 AM, Robert Koziak wrote: The VIN WDBJH82F9XX023290 comes back with no ssues on a simple auto check search but it has no details. The only problem I see is that it has Xenon and one of them is full of water. That headlamp assembly is probably a four digit item, and I don't know how easy it is to down convert to regular headlamps. He could probably buy a set of aftermarket regular lamps new with the proceeds from selling his Xenon from the good side, but it would require some rewiring at the minimum. ___ http://www.okiebenz.com For new and used parts go to www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
Re: [MBZ] Opinions: 1999 Mercedes Benz E320 4matic Wagon
I wouldn't be so quick to ditch the self leveling Xenon's. New OE is around $800-$900?, but it should be possible to pick up a used assembly for less then half that. The WIS has instructions for adding some factory optional equipment to various models from the mid 80's on. ESP Xenons are a no-go on the W210 due to the wiring electronics involved, but heated seats, headlight washers ortho muti-contour seats are possible to add to a car without. I thought that was pretty cool! On 1/6/2013 7:55 PM, Mitch Haley wrote: My blue 1999 has the seat heaters, wish it had the rest...
