I thought all W124s had leather seats -- the seller says it has leather
seats.

you are right, it doesn't have the driver's memory seat. It's surprising
they included a close-up picture of all kinds of things, including the
passenger seat controls, put not of the driver's seat controls.

And, indeed, the price is very high.

I was a little surprised my E300D didn't have memory seats and power 
telescoping steering wheel - I thought those were standard on all 300SEL except
