To get it to work on the previous post to Chuck, I had to do the translator 
thing and then cut and paste.

Just type in alt 0-2-4-6 for ö; alt 0-2-5-2 for ü, etc.  That will get 
you past most German words used in these lists!

Yes, that also works, seems there's a series that uses 4 digits starting 
with 0, and another with 3 digits.  But the 3 digit ones don't seem to 
work on this version of OE!

In the US, diesel CANS must be yellow. So that makes the most sense. (Blue for 
Kerosene and red for gasoline).
