I considered a Spark EV lemon. As near as I could tell, nothing wrong with it, buyer didn't like it, bitched until GM bought it back, branded the title, and auctioned it off with warranty. Chevy dealer in Wisconsin bought it from GM and listed it for a 'no haggle' price, IIRC about $7k. It looked to be a decent deal, the main attraction was that I didn't have to drive to California to get it. But the title, and the fact it was black with black vinyl, made it easy to say no. Mitch. If it is a Lemon Buyback, I believe, according to the "Lemon Law", the title has to be branded that this is a Lemon Car, forever.
