Pure virtual function call error is likely to be a result of mixed/

Re: Installation Error!!!

2009-10-30 Thread Boobhathi Raj Sadasivam
my guesses are

1. .Net Framework got corruped.. Try reinstalling .Net Framework and try
with QTP

2. You shd have Admin permission

And may be try this as follows./.

QTP folder-setup-qtp setup-ok-i accept-next-i accept- demo-next-i
will set the option manually-next-i will set the option manually-
next-do not download debugger viewer(deselect)-next-ok-full-start-yes
-deselect register now-yes-restart-finish-after restart-finish

Problems with installation should be addressed to the vendor of a program,
in your case HP. Even if you don't have support (do you?). Check if your
version supposed to support OS version and call them.

I would suggest fifth reinstall :)
There was a set of steps somewhere else in this group on how to make
clean uninstall of QTP, find it and follow the steps.
Pure virtual function call error is likely to be a result of mixed/

   Hi All,

Am using QTP 10.0 trail version for my practice. This is the fourth
time I am reinstalling the QTP on my local system. But this time after
installation I am getting the error message as in attachment, every time
 I
open the QTP or try to record something. Also when I try to open Object
 Repository.

Can anybody pls. help me out on this???

 Many Thanks in Advance,

 Savitha
