Mendy, Many times those gaps are specimens that were sold between editions. I think they moved / sold some material quickly, and never bothered to document it outside of the COA. They cataloged what they had, but there were many gaps throughout both books. Nininger had the same issues with his "The Nininger Collection of Meteorites" book (1950).
