[meteorite-list] Tucson show report

2004-02-01 Thread meteoritehunter
Hi everyone, another show report live from Tucson.
There is some very nice new meteorites here at the show, no new falls though, so that
dissapoints me.
Some large sales have already occured, so money is there and it seems that the economy
is coming back to life.
I have not seen anything nice that the Moroccans brought in, although Ali Hamani has
some great stuff as usual.
It is nice and warm here, although they are calling for snow in Tucson on tuesday!
I'll belive it when I see it.
Everyone is just getting started so there is plenty to see here.
I am waiting for some of you, so let me know when you are getting here.

Anybody in Tucson looking at fossils? Just
wondering how the Vagabond quad and dinosaur room is looking this year. I'll be
out there in a few days. Thanks.

Hi everyone, the Tucson show is up and running,
beautiful weather, ~70 degrees sunny, and lots of people! Today I saw
virtually everyone meteorite related, a few are still missing, but all should
  be here tomorrow.
Eric Olson, Myself and Jim Strope are open and
  set to go tomorrow.
Some superb pieces can be found in our room that
will give any other dealer a run for their money.
I have alot of new meteorites just up for sale,
so come check it out, see what we have.
I also have a few slices of the spectacular NWA
1933 that was discussed yesterday. It is truly the most beautiful LL3 I have
seen, and I have it priced very low!

Again, see me in Room #184 at the Inn
  Suites
