I presume those commits can be cherry-picked back onto this, which would
results in a number of conflicts. Some of those commits have rewritten
headers and can be dropped; some of them have fixed things and are what
to be taken care of. There are quite a handful of them. I may have a
look later.

The previous patch for 'ntstrsafe.h' can be pushed so far.

There was no modification. Everything has been copied as is. I have no
idea whether it will work or not.



You can't just invalidate all commits that were made to mingw-w64 repo. 
They were made for reasons. It needs at least a careful review and 
probably upstreaming (or at least reapplying them on top of pulled 
changes) before we can do that.
