Solved. Daily cron error in 5.7

2016-01-28 Thread Luciano
Hello,

I found the trick, it's not a system message,
but a message of another server sent erroneously.
Because my OpenBSD is a mail server.

Sorry and thanks.

I think it's not strange:

$ locate run-parts
(no output)
$ pkg_locate run-parts
(no output)
$ ls /etc/cron.daily
ls: /etc/cron.daily: No such file or directory

It's not in base and not in ports, how did run-parts get onto your
system?

Nice catch, Craig, btw.

Bye, Marcus

Looks like some Debianism:

Daily cron error in 5.7

2016-01-24 Thread Luciano

Hello,
I upgrade the old version 5.6 in the 5.7. The daily cron log send on
mail show:

 /etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
error: error creating output file /var/log/exim4/mainlog.1.gz: File
already exists

error: error creating output file /var/log/syslog.1.gz: File already exists
run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate exited with return code 1

The daily file in /var/log exist. Why it ins't send by mail?
Thanks.

Luciano.
